Hey arthur!just read ur blog msg and no need 4 u 2 buy me a christmas present i just bought u 1 cuz i figured since they don't celebrate xmas there it would b nice 4 u 2 have something 2 open! lol :) wish i could send u some good old turkey 2 but...! ;) anyway who was bleeding in that pic and what happened? lol and do u travel around all the time? do u work like a mon-fri thing or how does that work? o yah and about my email i just got an email telling me that there's a problem,some reason i can't send them...!!?? but yah i was just asking what kind of celebrations u've got 2 experience since u've been there,if any??and telling u how much i miss u and can't wait till i can c u again!but yah i'll try 2 get that working again so i don'y have 2 send huge blog msgs like this! lol :) but i better go now! miss u and will msg u again soon! peace out homie!

Haha Mom where did ya get that sentence from. I can't understand it cuz there's no tones on top of the letters. And I know that "his" and "hsin" desn't exist in mandarin,haha. let me know where your learning this.I'll send ya an e-mail or a good site on how to say some basics. yo Jody , what's new? Christmas is outa control here. Every shop has decorations up and at my class party today I got buried in cards and small gifts . it was great. that was my blood. I went to open my glass tea bottle and it shattered. I travel a heluvalot. its so cheap and I got friends in pretty much every city in this province from the training in Nanjing. for celebrations xmas is big but no days off. new years and chinese new year(spring festival, i heard i might get like 3 weeks off for that one, should do more travelling). I haven't heard from jon or darren, did they get their visas?Peace out and merry christmas!!

hey arthur, nice pics. the umbrella one reminds me of Japan and their constant use of umbrellas. do they use it for shade from the sun like they do in Japan or do they just use it whenever it's actually raining in China? you should pick up one of those giant vases from the market/street and put it in your house and showcase it like it's expensive. because i mean really, I have a giant vase in my house and there's no purpose for it aside from collecting dust. but maybe you could find a giant bamboo and stick it in there. I would.
oh, ps. your photos show up but none of the bigger versions do (when you click it), but meh, no biggie. just thought i'd mention that.
hey Art great pics not sending you anything for xmas untill your buds get there sorry but i have been so flippin busy that i havent had a chance to go to the post office. Plus i am waiting on jakes hockey cards so that i can send them to. gonna call you soon to probably this weekend talk to you soon and i miss you.

HEy Lisa, ya I noticed the pics don't enlarge but I don't know what to do about it. In the summer women use the umbrellas for shade because it's cool to look ghost white here.

I hope you enjoyed your holidays!!! Any celebrations similar to ours? Besides the decorations? How is Christmas celebrated in China tho? Don't most ppl follow buddhism and tasoism... So would the Christian ones have the same traditions as ppl do here?

I AM TO ANONYMOUS IT IS YOUR SISTER MELANIE hey Art not sure when i will remember my user name or password but what ever. Hey to cousin Kyle too. How is your girlfried feeling drop me aline or send me an email. so do you want to hear about my fantastic flight to Puerto Vallarta???? So i get to edm airport on wednesday morning at 4:30 15 min befor my flight is to leave they say its delayed untill 8:45 which meant that i missed my conection in Pheonix but they rebooked so all is well... NOT then at 8:45 they cancelled the flight all together while in line for almost 2 hours waithing to get rebooked on to a different flight i call the travel dept to c if they could work faster from ther, they do and find me a flight that doesnt come up on the ed. comp so cool i am on my way via calagry to Dallas then to PV, get to Calgary and the flight to dallas is freakin cancelled!! so with no way out of Calgary i get put up in a hotel to catch the next flight out in the am which is over sold so i need to be at the airport at 4am to make sure they dont give up my seat. so in the long or short of it, it took me 11 hours to get to Flippin Calgary so they could put me up in a hotel got to be at the airport at 4 its now 2 havent slept since 3am last night and still not sure if i am going to get any type of tan!!!
so thats what is new with me
oh by the way the PV trip is just for 4 days now knoked down to 3 but what the heck i didnt pay for it i missed the meeting oh freakin well. I DESERVE A drink on a beach where there is no snow

hope everything's still ok in china and glad to see your mandarin improving. keep at it! ask he ting to speak to you first in mandarin and second in english. my japanese has improved rediculous amounts from living with a japanese person for the last few months and never speaking english to em. it's hard sometimes, but the pay off is definitely worth it ;)
and yea, you should come check out japan too. mountains are good here from what i hear, and we could maybe touch eachother provocatively too!
Yo dude, If I would have known I get 6 weeks paid vacation starting next week I would have tried to save some money to come touch ya. but I just got the e-mail the other week. I'm happy but broke so I'm gonna hop a train to western China with the girlfriend. It's real poor but i've never been to a actual desert before and I guess you can go sand tobogganing*sp
